Our knowledgeable staff is ready to answer your questions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days in new condition, and we will exchange it for you. We cannot accept personalized or custom items for return.
When returning merchandise, include name, address, phone number, and a copy of the receipt/invoice, if available. Also, include a note in the box stating the items are being returned and whether you want an exchange or not.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States.
When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment's destination. In stock items usually ship out within two days. Shipping time may take up to five business days, depending on your location. No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. We do not ship to PO boxes.
NOTE: All orders placed Friday after 1:00 pm PST, Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday will be processed on the next business day.
Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If you need to discuss international ordering/shipping options, please contact us.

Email and Online Forms
Customers who choose to subscribe to our mailing list or complete any of our online forms may be asked to supply personal data. If permission is granted, this information may be used to send occasional emails about current promotions and offers.
AAR Equine Trading will never use the submitted data for anything beyond the reason stated.
Detailed credit card information is not stored on our servers. Pertinent credit card information is discarded once a transaction is approved by the processor.
